Established in 1999, EGO Tins is a manufacturer and exporter of packaging boxes and tin consumer goods with more than 600 models available including mint tins, chocolate tins, wine tins, seasonal tins and more. Furthermore, we are also able to source complete products for packaging tin boxes such as sugarfree peppermints, playing cards, paper clips and games; and develop electronic products with tin skin such as tin radios, tin clocks and tin digital money banks. With excellent mix and match with different materials, we are familiar with different materials such as acrylic, ABS, plastic, paper and wood. Moreover, our materials are sourced from China, South Korea and the UK.
We have a factory located in Dongguan covering an area of 10,000 square meters that houses 300-500 workers with 20 production lines and equipped with over 160 sets of machines. We have a monthly capacity of 1.5 million pieces and a production lead time of 25 days.
We have 20 R&D staffs with more than 12 years of experience can provide OEM/ODM products and a sample lead time of 15 days. We also have 30 QC personnel with more than 12 years of experience that follows strict quality control to ensure high-quality products. With an export experience of 12 years and focusing on ODM & OEM development, 95 percent of our products are exported to different countries and regions; and renowned brands like Sanrio, Hallmark, Ferrari, BMW and Martini supplies from us and are satisfied with our products and services.
